About these terms

What we sell
We sell ordinary, low-risk value homeware goods such as baskets, kitchen basics, bathroom basics, table essentials and storage goods. We do not provide financial credit, price guarantees, branded clearance, counterfeit goods, wholesale guarantees or professional services.
Product information
We take care to describe materials, dimensions and care information accurately. Product images are representative; natural materials such as seagrass, bamboo, linen and stoneware vary slightly in tone and finish. Colours may also appear differently between screens.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.Online card checkout is currently being set up — payment provider pending — so no card payment is taken through this website yet. Where an order is arranged by email in the meantime, we confirm the full price, including delivery, before any payment is made.
Orders
Your enquiry or order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance in writing. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an error in the price or description.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
