Where we ship

FAIRDEAL HOUSEWARES LIMITED ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to you, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery options and charges

• Standard UK delivery: a flat charge shown at the point of enquiry, typically arriving within 3 to 5 working days.
• Larger or heavier baskets and storage items may carry an additional handling charge, which we confirm before any order is processed.

Delivery charges are confirmed alongside your order total. While our online payment provider is being set up, we confirm all delivery costs by email before any payment is taken.

Processing times

Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. During busy periods, preparation may take a little longer and we will let you know if so.

Tracking and delivery

Where a tracked service is used, we will share tracking details by email. Please make sure someone is available to receive larger storage items. If delivery is attempted and missed, the carrier will leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@fairdealhouse.shop within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will help put it right. See our Returns Policy and Refund Policy for more.
